既往对秦汉乐官制度的研究中,学者注目于文献所载“乐府”及“太乐”等。《张家山汉墓竹简·奏谳书》等出土文献表明,“外乐”是秦代及西汉早期的重要司乐官署。它的存续与消亡与秦汉乐官系统的构成及演变有密切关系。乐人是秦汉时期民人社会身份的一种。“外乐”所辖乐人是秦代及西汉早期司乐官署常备属员的重要补充。乐人践更“外乐”是秦汉礼乐制度的重要组成部分。秦汉户籍制度及乐人参与官方乐事活动的方式,可为研究后世“乐户”渊源及沿革提供参考。
In the past studies on the music officials system in the Qin and Han Dynasties, scholars pay attention to “Yue Fu” and “Tai Le” contained in the literature. The unearthed documents such as “Bamboo Slips of Zhangjinshan Han Bamboo Slips” show that “music ” is an important departmental official in the early Qin and Western Han dynasties. Its survival and demise are closely related to the composition and evolution of the Qin and Han music officials system.
