本文写作灵感来源于《中国政法大学2015年党政工作要点》(以下简称《要点》)。该《要点》指明了不断优化人才培养模式的重要性——“优化自主选拔录取办法和拔尖创新人才选拔机制,实现与法大特色培养模式的无缝对接;强化涉外卓越法律人才培养工作,优化生源结构;在校内法学二年级学生中选拔建立‘西班牙语法学人才实验班’;推动中外联合培养本科生拓展到法学以外专业;争取更多国家留学基金委公派资助本科
