一、概述袋装砂井是在普通砂井基础上发展起来的一种软土加固新技术。巴隆(R·A·Barron)的井点固结理论表明:井径对固结时间的影响远没有井距那样显著,井径减小,排水效率并不成比例的降低。利用这一特性发展了小直径砂井。袋装砂井比普通砂井具有显著的优点:1.柔性砂袋对地基水平和垂直变形的适应性强,连续性好;2.井径大大减小,施工简便、效率高、省料、费用低廉;3.排土量小,施工所引起的扰动小。因而,国外在六十年代已广泛采用这一新技术。
I. Overview Bagged sand wells are a kind of soft soil reinforcement technology developed on the basis of ordinary sand wells. R.A. Barron’s theory of well point consolidation shows that the influence of the borehole diameter on the consolidation time is far less pronounced than the well spacing, the borehole diameter is reduced, and the drainage efficiency is not reduced proportionally. Use this feature to develop small diameter sand wells. Bag sand wells have significant advantages over ordinary sand wells: 1. Flexible sand bags have strong adaptability to the horizontal and vertical deformation of the foundation and good continuity; 2. Well diameter is greatly reduced, the construction is simple, the efficiency is high, and the materials are saved. Low cost; 3. Small amount of dumping, construction caused by small disturbances. Therefore, this new technology has been widely adopted abroad in the 1960s.
