中华绒螯蟹雄性生殖系统较为复杂,尚未见其各组成部分生化成分的全面分析,本实验探究了成熟雄蟹生殖系统各部分的组织系数、常规生化成分、脂肪酸组成和氨基酸含量。结果显示:(1)副性腺指数(AGI)显著高于精巢指数(TI)和输精管指数(VDI),P<0.05。(2)就常规生化成分而言,精巢中的水分、总脂和总碳水化合物含量均显著高于输精管和副性腺(P<0.05),而粗蛋白含量则以副性腺最高,输精管次之,精巢最低(P<0.05)。(3)就脂肪酸组成而言,生殖系统各部分的总饱和脂肪酸(ΣSFA)、n-3多不饱和脂肪酸总量(∑n-3PUFA)和n-3/n-6均无显著差异(P>0.05),但精巢中的C20:3n3、C20:4n6、C22:6n3、总多不饱和脂肪酸(∑PUFA)、∑n-6PUFA和总高度不饱和脂肪酸(∑HUFA)含量显著高于其他两个部位(P<0.05)。(4)就氨基酸组成而言,输精管中赖氨酸(Lys)、缬氨酸(Val)和组氨酸(His)含量最高,副性腺次之,精巢最低(P<0.05),副性腺中其余大部分的氨基酸及总氨基酸含量最高。综上,中华绒螯蟹成熟雄体精巢中主要积累脂肪、碳水化合物、PUFA和HUFA,而副性腺中粗蛋白和大部分氨基酸含量较高,这可能与其不同的生理功能有关。
The male reproductive system of Eriocheir sinensis is more complicated, and a comprehensive analysis of the biochemical components of its components has not been found yet. In this study, the tissue coefficient, routine biochemical composition, fatty acid composition and amino acid content of various parts of mature male crab were studied. The results showed that: (1) The index of accessory gonads (AGI) was significantly higher than that of testis index (TI) and vas deferens index (VDI), P <0.05. (2) The contents of moisture, total fat and total carbohydrates in testis were significantly higher than those in vas deferens and the para-gonads (P <0.05), while the contents of crude protein were the highest in the vice gonads, followed by the vas deferens, The lowest testis (P <0.05). (3) There was no significant difference in total fatty acids (ΣSFA), n-3 PUFAs (nn-3 PUFAs) and n-3 / n-6 in all parts of the reproductive system in terms of fatty acid composition > 0.05), but the contents of C20: 3n3, C20: 4n6, C22: 6n3, total polyunsaturated fatty acids (ΣPUFA), Σn-6PUFA and total highly unsaturated fatty acids Sites (P <0.05). (4) In terms of amino acid composition, the contents of Lys, Val and His were the highest in the vas deferens, followed by the gonads and the lowest in the testis (P <0.05) Most of the remaining amino acids and total amino acids content is the highest. In summary, the main accumulation of fat, carbohydrates, PUFA and HUFA in mature testes of Eriocheir sinensis, while the content of crude protein and most of the amino acids in the para-gonads may be related to their different physiological functions.
