浙江省萧山县为了提高农村财会人员的工作积极性,开展了农村会计的技术职称评定工作。从1985年4月开始,分别对农村会计进行了业务培训。然后,全县分为24个考点进行考试,并以乡为单位逐村逐队对帐簿设置,科目运用、记帐算帐、凭证报表、分配结算、档案保管等进行检查,并按省珠协的试卷和考核办法,进行珠算考试。对考核考试合格的财会人员,由本人提出申请,经乡人民政府审查,报县农业局批准,分别授予一、二、三级会计员技术职称,并发给职称证书。到目前为止,人县1,119名村会计和专业会
