目的通过对A医院综合效益的评价,为医院决策者的管理工作提供参考依据。方法选取反映医院资源配置、工作效率、工作质量和经济评价等方面23项指标,采用TOPSIS和综合指数法对医院综合效益进行纵向评价和横向比较。结果 2007年-2013年期间,A医院综合效益水平总体上呈现增长趋势,2010年综合效益水平最低,2013年综合效益水平最高。在6家医院比较中,A医院综合评价指数最低,且在资源配置指标和工作效率指标等两个维度上处于明显劣势。结论运用两种或以上方法对反映综合效益的多项指标进行评价,能较为客观反映不同时期医院综合效益的水平,对进一步提高医院的管理水平具有实用价值。
Objective To evaluate the comprehensive benefits of hospital A and provide reference for the management of hospital policy-makers. The method selected 23 indicators reflecting the hospital resource allocation, work efficiency, work quality and economic evaluation. The TOPSIS and the comprehensive index method were used to evaluate the hospital comprehensive benefits vertically and horizontally. Results During the period from 2007 to 2013, the overall benefit level of hospital A showed an increasing trend. In 2010, the comprehensive benefit level was the lowest, and the comprehensive benefit level was the highest in 2013. In comparison of 6 hospitals, A hospital has the lowest comprehensive evaluation index and is obviously inferior in the two dimensions of resource allocation index and work efficiency index. Conclusions The use of two or more methods to evaluate a number of indicators that reflect the comprehensive benefits can objectively reflect the comprehensive benefits of hospitals in different periods and is of practical value to further improve the management level of hospitals.
