故障现象一辆丰田考斯特车(采用2TR-FE发动机),累计行驶1.3万km,车主反映该车近期没有使用,蓄电池亏电严重,并且车主自己采取过帮电措施,但发动机还是不能起动。故障诊断维修人员至现场后首先测量蓄电池的电压,为7.5 V,蓄电池电量严重不足,更换蓄电池后起动发动机,仍然无着机迹象,发动机故障指示灯也异常点亮。检查各熔丝,发现FL MAIN、IGN、EFI熔丝均熔断,将它们更换后起动发动机试车,依然无法着机并且发动机故障指示灯常亮。首先连接故障检测仪检测,无任何故障代码显示。继续检查发现,起动发动机时燃油泵不工作,无高压火产生。
Symptoms A Toyota COST (with 2TR-FE engine), total mileage of 13,000 km, the car owners did not reflect the recent use of the car, battery power loss serious, and the owners themselves took the electricity measures, but the engine still can not start.
