对10个省(区)14个种子园的112个杉木优良家系进行子代测定,研究表明:3年生树高的家系遗传力估计值为0.59,遗传变异系数为4.69%,证实了杉木树高生长性状受遗传控制较强.选择出7个产地的种子园作为我省杉木良种调拨区域,与我省叙永初级种子园相比,3年生树高增产达9.3%.筛选山12个最优家系,与对照相比树高增产达20%;与参试优良家系相比,树高遗传增益可提高5.72%.这批最优家系及其亲本,是我省优良的造林和育种材料.
The offspring of 112 elite Chinese fir families in 14 seed orchards of 10 provinces (districts) were studied. The results showed that the estimated heritability of the 3-year-old tree was 0.59 and the coefficient of variation was 4.69% Growth traits controlled by genetic factors.Select 7 seed orchards as the seedling allocation area of our province, and our province Xuyong primary seed orchard, 3-year-old tree yield increase of 9.3%. Screening 12 best Pedigree, compared with the control tree yield increased by 20%; compared with the good families tested, the tree height genetic gain can be increased by 5.72% .This group of the best families and their parents, is our province excellent afforestation and breeding materials.
