我車間全体职工在党的正确領导下,經过六十七次试驗,終于用冲天炉炉渣制造出了高强度的优质焊条。用炉渣制造焊条不但可以节省貴重的鉄合金和矿石材料,而且是廢物利用,就地取材,在焊条制造上是一个創举,为今后焊条制造开辟了一条新的途徑。开始試制时,我們先对黑色玻璃状的冲天炉渣进行了化学分析,其成分如下:37.10%SiO_2;30.40%CaO;18.94%Al_2O_3;0.54%Fe_2O_3;7.89%FeO;3.86%
