目的检测膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织中血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)与D2-40阳性表达的淋巴管密度(LVD),探讨BTCC中淋巴管生成与淋巴结转移的相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检查45例BTCC和10例正常膀胱组织中VEGF-C与D2-40标记的淋巴管密度表达情况。结果VEGF-C在45例BTCC中阳性表达35例,正常膀胱组织中无表达,淋巴结转移阳性组VEGF-C和LVD明显高于淋巴转移阴性组(P<0.05)和正常膀胱黏膜组织组(P<0.05)。结论VEGF-C促进淋巴管新生,淋巴管新生可能进一步促进肿瘤淋巴结转移。
Objective To detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) and D2-40 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC), and to explore the relationship between lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis in BTCC. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of VEGF-C and D2-40 in 45 cases of BTCC and 10 cases of normal bladder tissue. Results The positive expression of VEGF-C in 45 cases of BTCC was 35 cases, but there was no expression in normal bladder tissue. VEGF-C and LVD in lymph node metastasis positive group were significantly higher than that in negative lymph node metastasis group (P <0.05) and normal bladder mucosa tissue group <0.05). Conclusion VEGF-C promotes lymphangiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis may further promote tumor lymph node metastasis.
