承国家教委首届哲社科学青年基金的支持,自1987年以来,我们对甘肃贫困地区的脱贫问题进行了持续研究。在研究过程中,我们搜集了大量资料,并在一些贫困县进行了实地调查,发现和收集了一些通过经济开发脱贫的典型范例。在此,我们择出几例进行分析,以总结经验,为进一步脱贫提供决策依据。 1.会宁县综合扶贫开发,成效显著。会宁县原属定西地区,1985年10月划归白银市。该县过去是中部地区最贫困的县之一,由于气候干燥,自然灾害频繁,水土流
With the support of the First Philosophy and Social Sciences Youth Fund of the State Education Commission, we have conducted continuous research on the issue of poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas of Gansu since 1987. During the course of the study, we collected a large amount of information and conducted site surveys in some poor counties. We found and collected some typical examples of poverty alleviation through economic development. Here, we choose a few examples for analysis to sum up our experience and provide decision-making basis for further poverty alleviation. 1.
