本文分析了四○公司炉衬砖振动成型机存在的问题,对必要的测试结果和机器的某些调正工作进行了总结,并做了必要的理论分析。对振动台的振幅进行了理论计算,提出了砖料诱导到振动台面上的质量计算公式,提出了振动阻尼系数的计算方法和略去阻尼的近似公式的应用条件。分析了在加压阶段振幅降低的原因,指出了该振动成型机加压机构的缺点。
This paper analyzes the problems of the four company lining brick vibration molding machine, the necessary test results and some adjustments of the machine are summarized, and the necessary theoretical analysis. The amplitude of the vibrating table is theoretically calculated. The formula for calculating the mass induced by the brick material on the vibrating table is put forward. The calculation method of the vibration damping coefficient and the application conditions of the approximate formula with no damping are proposed. The reasons for the decrease of amplitude in the pressurization stage are analyzed, and the disadvantages of the pressurizing mechanism of the vibration molding machine are pointed out.
