矿物的流体包裹体,已引起普遍的重视。但它们多数小于20微米,物质总量也多低于10~(-10)克,用常规方法不能分析。国内一般采用浸出提取分析法,既需要大量包裹体,又容易混进杂质,也不能区别不同类型的包裹体成份。激光显微光潜可做微区微量快速分析,灵敏度比较高,有人曾用它进行试验,认为对大包裹体做定性分析是可行的,但“对于小于50微米的小包裹体能否测定,尚需进行研究”。
