不动管柱压裂技术的应用使井下作业工序街接得更加紧密,缩短了压裂液对储层的浸入时间,降低了对储层的损害程度,减轻了井控风险,起到了缩短施工周期,减少作业费用,降低工人劳动强度,实现绿色施工的作用。特别是针对多层压裂,在压裂准备和压裂施工过程够有效缩短施工周期,具有明显的优势。但不动管柱压裂失败也会造成施工质量的降低,本文主要针对近年来影响其工艺失败的原因进行分析,并得出相应的改进措施,以便得到降低不动管柱压裂失败的方法,对今后施工起到参考与借鉴的作用。
