气相防锈油主要是用于发动机、传动装置、齿轮箱、油压装置以及桶的密闭系统内腔金属表面防锈.它是将油溶性气相缓蚀剂与油溶性缓蚀剂溶于矿物油中配制而成的.其基础油的性状视封存产品要求而定.因为油中溶有气相缓蚀剂,所以它与一般的防锈油不同,它既有良好的接触防锈性能,又具有良好的不接触防锈(或叫空间防锈)性能. 为了满足我国日益发展的机械产品的气相油封存防锈的需要,我所于1973年受外贸部机械进出口总公司的委托,并根据一机部科技局的指示,着手进行了气相防锈油的研究与试制工作.本研究旨在解决目前我国机械产品,特别是出口援外产品中密闭系统的内腔防锈问题.
