目前,我国农村人口占全国人口的近80%[1],乡镇卫生院作为农村卫生工作的主体,承担着大量农村医疗预防保健任务.近年来,由于种种原因,特别是由于经济体制转换[2],乡镇卫生院卫生经费不足,X射线设备落后,影像质量较差.为加强管理,提高X射线影像诊断质量,我们于2001年6月至8月,首次对全市乡镇卫生院X射线机运行状态及影像质量控制状况进行检测调查,现报告如下.
