本研究采用体外细胞实验模型,细胞生物学方法,观察钩吻碱注射液(Ge)对肿瘤细胞增殖能力及辐射敏感性的影响。结果表明:Ge对肿瘤细胞具有一定的毒性作用,对其增殖能力有一定的抑制作用,如增长速度减慢,有丝分裂指数下降,细胞死亡率明显增高。Ge似可提高肿瘤细胞膜脂微粘度,使其流动性降低;还能提高肿瘤细胞对~(60)Coγ射线的辐射敏感性,使辐射增敏比(SER)增加,提示Ge可作为辐射增敏剂与放射治疗相结合用于治疗肿瘤。
In this study, in vitro cell model and cell biology method were used to observe the effects of Gonnosine injection (Ge) on the proliferation and radiation sensitivity of tumor cells. The results showed that Ge had a certain toxic effect on tumor cells and had a certain inhibitory effect on its proliferation ability, such as slower growth rate, decreased mitotic index, and significantly higher cell death rate. Ge may increase membrane lipid microviscosity of tumor cells and decrease its fluidity. It can also increase the radiosensitivity of tumor cells to ~(60)Co gamma rays and increase the radiation sensitivity ratio (SER), suggesting that Ge can be used as radiation sensitization. The agent is combined with radiation therapy for the treatment of tumors.
