本文介绍了谐波影响节能的基本原理,以谐波附加损耗理论公式为依据,使用海上采油平台谐波检测数据进行了理论计算和分析。结果表明:电流谐波的含量对于附加损耗倍数有决定性的影响,谐波附加损耗倍数以电流畸变率25.72%为明显的临界点,小于25.72%的区间附加损耗倍数增加较慢,超过25.72%后谐波附加损耗倍数急剧增加;谐波治理后谐波附加损耗倍数降低值的理想值约5.52,实际值约4.72。最后结合某平台进行了节能评估,计算结果表明谐波治理节能效益很显著。
In this paper, the basic principle of harmonic energy saving is introduced. Based on the theoretical formula of harmonic additional loss, the harmonic detection data of offshore oil production platform are theoretically calculated and analyzed. The results show that the content of current harmonics has a decisive influence on the additional loss multiplier. The extra loss multiplier of harmonic current is obviously the critical point of 25.72% of the current distortion rate. The additional loss multiplier of less than 25.72% Harmonic additional loss multiples increased sharply; Harmonic harmonic loss control multiples of the ideal reduction of about 5.52, the actual value of about 4.72. In the end, the energy-saving evaluation is carried out with a platform, and the calculation results show that the energy-saving benefit of harmonic control is significant.
