通过对半刚性材料在不同养生条件下的性能(抗压强度、抗压回弹模量、劈裂强度)试验研究,分析了材料性能同养生条件的相关性,结果表明:半刚性材料的性能与养生条件密切相关。针对不同季节施工的半刚性材料性能不同的实际,提出了养生耦合参数的概念,得出了半刚性材料不同养生条件下的活跃养生耦合参数、发展养生耦合参数和稳定养生耦合参数。利用该研究成果,可揭示室内标准养护与现场养护条件下材料性能的差异性规律,实现结构设计参数与现场材料性能参数的统一。
Through the research on the properties (compressive strength, compressive resilience modulus, splitting strength) of semi-rigid materials under different health conditions, the correlation between material properties and health conditions was analyzed. The results showed that the properties of semi-rigid materials And health conditions are closely related. According to the different performance of semi-rigid materials in different seasons, the concept of health-care coupling parameters is put forward. The active health-coupling parameters, the health-promoting coupling parameters and the steady-state health coupling parameters are obtained under different health conditions of semi-rigid materials. The results of this study can reveal the difference of material properties under the standard curing and field curing conditions, and achieve the unification of structural design parameters and on-site material performance parameters.
