分析了柴油机排放法规日益严格的趋势 ,指出了为满足严格的排放法规需要采用电喷技术。阐明了柴油机共轨式电控喷射系统之所以成为电控喷射技术的发展趋势 ,是由其对喷油压力、喷油量、喷油定时和喷油率的控制的灵活性所决定的。对国内外正在兴起的共轨式电控喷射系统的一些关键参数和部件的特性进行了较为详细的分析 ,为共轨系统的设计提供了参考。
The trend of increasingly stringent diesel emission regulations was analyzed, and the application of EFI technology to meet the stringent emission regulations was pointed out. The reason why the common rail injection system of diesel engine has become the development trend of electronically controlled injection is clarified by its flexibility in controlling the injection pressure, fuel injection quantity, injection timing and fuel injection rate. Some key parameters and component characteristics of common rail electronic injection system that are emerging at home and abroad are analyzed in detail, which provides a reference for the design of common rail system.
