目的:分析彩色多普勒超声检测胎儿宫内缺氧大脑中动脉与脐动脉血流动力学变化的临床效果。方法:随机选取我院2014年11月-2015年11月期间收治的50例宫内缺氧胎儿,将其作为观察组,选取40例正常胎儿作为常规组,对两组胎儿采用彩色多普勒超声检测大脑中动脉与脐动脉血流动力学的变化情况,对比两组的临床效果。结果:检测后,观察组胎儿的大脑中动脉阻力指标明显低于常规组(P<0.05);且脐动脉血流动力学阻力指标明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声检测胎儿宫内缺氧大脑中动脉与脐动脉血流动力学变化的临床效果切确,能明显地改善宫内缺氧胎儿的大脑中动脉、脐动脉血流动力学指标,值得在临床上大力推广与应用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasonography on the hemodynamic changes of fetal hypoxic middle cerebral artery and umbilical artery. Methods: Fifty intrauterine hypoxia fetuses were randomly selected from November 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital.
