某厂裂解炉是以石脑油和高压蒸汽为原料生产乙烯、丙烯等产品的主体设备.裂解反应在被加热的炉管内进行.每台炉内有炉管四组,每组有炉管7根,每两组共用一根外径为φ156.7mm,壁厚为7.8mm的三叉出口管将裂解气从炉内引出.出口管工作位置示意于图1. 出口管正常工作时管内通过裂解气,裂解气的主要成份为C_2H_4、C_3H_6、CH_4、C_2H_6、C_4H_8、C_4H_6,余为H_2、CO、CO_2油气等.裂解气出口温度约810℃,压力约0.4kg/cm~2,管子外壁直接接触大气环境.裂解炉正常生产时,约50天为一周期,因此,管子经受周期性的温度变化.
