目的了解珠海市伤害发生的特点与规律,为实施有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法收集2009年凡因有意或者无意导致身体受创伤且首次就诊于珠海市3所哨点监测医院的伤害患者资料,分析伤害发生类型及特点。结果 2009年珠海市3所哨点监测医院共接诊27 138例伤害患者,其中男性18 709例,占68.9%,女性8 429例,占31.1%。伤害发生年龄以15~29岁年龄组为主,占伤害总人数的35.9%。不同职业中以商业、服务业人员最多,占19.4%,其次为在校学生及专业技术人员,分别占15.4%、14.4%。伤害前5位的原因依次为:跌落/坠落(占24.9%)、交通事故(占20.9%)、钝器伤(占18.4%)、动物伤(占13.0%)、刀/锐器伤(占12.7%)。伤害发生时的活动前3位分别是休闲活动、有偿工作、驾乘交通工具,分别占56.0%、18.8%和13.5%。伤害发生地点主要是在公路/街道,其次为家中,分别占26.9%、26.2%。发生时间多集中在每天16:00至22:00。结论珠海市人群伤害以跌落/坠落、交通事故、钝器伤为主,伤害发生多见于男性青壮年,职业以商业、服务业人员及学生较多。
Objective To understand the characteristics and rules of injury in Zhuhai and provide a scientific basis for effective intervention. Methods The data of injured patients who were intentionally or unintentionally caused by physical trauma and who visited the 3 sentinel surveillance hospitals in Zhuhai for the first time in 2009 were collected to analyze the types and characteristics of the injuries. Results A total of 27,138 injured patients were admitted to 3 sentinel surveillance hospitals in Zhuhai in 2009, including 18 709 males (68.9%) and 8 429 females (31.1%). Injuries occurred in 15 to 29 age group, accounting for 35.9% of the total number of injuries. Among the different occupations, the most were commercial and service workers, accounting for 19.4%, followed by students and professionals in schools, accounting for 15.4% and 14.4% respectively. The top five injuries were as follows: drop / fall (24.9%), traffic accident (20.9%), blunt injury (18.4%), animal injury (13.0%), knife / sharp injury 12.7%). The top three activities at the time of the injuries were leisure activities, paid work and motor vehicles, accounting for 56.0%, 18.8% and 13.5% respectively. The injuries occurred mainly on highways / streets, followed by homes, accounting for 26.9% and 26.2% respectively. Occurred more time every day from 16:00 to 22:00. Conclusions Zhuhai people mainly suffered falls and falls, traffic accidents and blunt trauma. Injuries were more common in young men and women, with more commercial and service workers and students.
