以4,6-二氨基间苯二酚盐酸盐、对氨基苯甲酸为原料,多聚磷酸为催化剂,合成了有机二胺化合物2,6-二(对氨基苯)苯并[1,2-d;5,4-d′]二唑。采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等分析手段对其结构进行了表征,分析了合成反应的影响因素。热性能分析表明,合成产物的热降解起始温度(Td)为444.5℃、熔点为416.7℃。温度以及多聚磷酸中P2O5的浓度是合成反应的重要影响因素,在脱HC l阶段,温度不能超过120℃,P2O5含量为84%时的产率最高(88%)。
Using 4,6-diamino resorcinol hydrochloride and p-aminobenzoic acid as raw materials and polyphosphoric acid as catalyst, an organic diamine compound, 2,6-bis (p-aminobenzene) benzo [1,2 -d; 5,4-d ’] oxadiazole. Its structure was characterized by IR, 1HNMR and other analytical methods, and the influencing factors of the synthesis reaction were analyzed. Thermal analysis showed that the thermal degradation initiation temperature (Td) of the synthesized product was 444.5 ℃ and the melting point was 416.7 ℃. The temperature and the concentration of P2O5 in polyphosphoric acid are the most important factors in the synthesis reaction. The highest yield (88%) is obtained when the temperature is not over 120 ℃ and the content of P2O5 is 84%.
