采用r射线辐照的方法,研究了4种木材辐射接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的效果以及 3种辐照方式和辐射剂量对接枝率的影响。结果表明: 4种木材的接枝率在 11.8%~163%范围内;其中杉木的接枝效果最好。辐照方式和辐射剂量对接枝效果有一定影响,浸水辐照有助于提高接枝率,辐射剂量与接枝率呈正相关。最后,通过木材硬度和缩胀率测试,表明木材性能得到较大的改进。
The effects of irradiation with methyl methacrylate (MMA) on four kinds of wood and the effects of three irradiation methods and irradiation dose on the grafting ratio were studied by r-ray irradiation. The results showed that the grafting rate of the four kinds of wood was in the range of 11.8% ~ 163%, and the grafting effect of Chinese fir was the best. Irradiation method and radiation dose have certain influence on the grafting effect. Irradiation by immersion helps to improve the grafting rate. Radiation dose and grafting rate are positively correlated. Finally, through wood hardness and shrinkage tests, wood performance has been greatly improved.
