目的 :研究瓜蒌薤白白酒汤药效作用的物质基础。方法 :在药理活性指导下利用各种化学和色谱手段对复方进行追踪分离 ,利用化学及波谱手段鉴定化学结构。结果 :从活性部位中分离得到 4个黄酮类化合物。结论 :化合物 1～ 3为首次从组成该复方单味中药中首次分离得到。化合物 1具有较好的抑制血小板聚集活性
Objective : To study the material basis of the medicinal effect of Gualou white liquor soup. Methods : The compounds were traced and separated by various chemical and chromatographic methods under the guidance of pharmacological activities. The chemical structures were identified by chemical and spectral methods. Results : Four flavonoids were isolated from the active part. Conclusion : Compounds 1～3 were isolated for the first time from the composition of the single herb. Compound 1 has better platelet aggregation inhibitory activity
