在职业技术教育教学中,管理环节越来越成为制约高技能人才培养的瓶颈,通过培养学生的自信心,建立学生学习和工作中的成就感,激发其追求更高、更强的欲望是每一个职教管理者探索的方向。通过充分给予学生们自我管理,自我完善的空间,让每个被管理者都成为真正的管理者,来认识到自身的价值。
