目的观察和探讨婴幼儿肺炎血清心肌酶谱和肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的变化。方法以临床诊断为肺炎的患儿为研究对象,比较重症肺炎组(42例)、普通肺炎组(30例)心肌酶变化情况,并研究重症肺炎患儿中动脉氧分压[Pa(O2)]与心肌酶水平的相关性。结果婴幼儿肺炎患儿血清心肌酶谱和肌钙蛋白I存在异常增高,尤以重症肺炎为著(P<0.05)。随缺氧严重程度的加深,心肌酶、cTnI均出现升高。表明重症肺炎组患儿动脉血氧分压与心肌酶谱、cTnI均呈负相关。结论婴幼儿重症肺炎应重视监测心肌酶谱及cTnI水平。
Objective To observe and explore the changes of serum myocardial enzymes and troponin I (cTnI) in infants with pneumonia. Methods Children with clinically diagnosed pneumonia were studied. The changes of myocardial enzymes in severe pneumonia group (n = 42) and common pneumonia group (n = 30) were compared. ] And myocardial enzyme levels. Results The serum myocardial enzymes and troponin I in infants with pneumonia were abnormally elevated, especially in severe pneumonia (P <0.05). With the deepening of the severity of hypoxia, myocardial enzymes, cTnI are elevated. Show severe pneumonia in children with arterial partial pressure of oxygen and myocardial enzymes, cTnI were negatively correlated. Conclusion Infants with severe pneumonia should pay attention to monitoring myocardial enzymes and cTnI levels.
