目的 :应用锥形束CT(cone-beam CT,CBCT)观察埋伏上颌中切牙牵引萌出前、后牙根形态的三维变化,探讨埋伏上颌中切牙牵引萌出的时机。方法:对10例经曲面体层片确诊的上颌埋伏中切牙拍摄CBCT进行精确定位,进行外科开窗和正畸牵引萌出,排齐牙列,治疗后拍摄CBCT图像对牵引效果和牙根发育进行评估。结果:10例埋伏上颌中切牙均成功牵引到位,牵引前牙根已发育完成的4例埋伏牙牙根形态未发生变化;而牵引前牙根未发育完成的6例埋伏牙在治疗过程中牙根继续发育,弯曲度和长度均有改善。结论:埋伏上颌中切牙在牙根尚未发育完成前进行牵引萌出可以收到较好的治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the three-dimensional changes of root morphology before and after traction eruption with cone-beam CT (CBCT) and discuss the timing of traction and eruption of the impacted maxillary central incisor. Methods: Ten CBCT images of the maxillary impacted mandibular incisors diagnosed by curved body slice were accurately located, and the fenestration and orthodontic traction eruption were performed. The CBCT images were taken for treatment of traction and root development Evaluation. Results: All the 10 cases of ambushed maxillary central incisors were successfully pulled into place, and the morphology of the root of four ambush teeth that had been developed before the traction did not change. However, the root development of the 6 cases of undeveloped root before traction was continued , Bending and length have improved. Conclusion: The ambush of the maxillary central incisor can receive better treatment effect before the traction of root is completed.
