由于小学阶段学生的基础知识以及认知能力的限制,使得此阶段的教学工作仍然需要老师进行更加全面细致的管理与控制,此时老师的教学促进作用与教学管控作用显得格外明显。而对于数学来说,老师应该积极建立起以学生的数学思维综合能力为目标的教学模式,增加在学生思维训练方面的教学环节选择与设计,让学生充分融入到数学教学情境中来,掌握数学思维模式、扩展数学思维方式、优化数学认知逻辑,只有这样才能真正做好现代小学数学教学工作。
