目的探讨白细胞(WBC)及白细胞分类与妊娠期高血压疾病患者血压的相关性。方法收集妊娠期高血压疾病患者标本43例(妊娠期高血压疾病组),正常妊娠者标本46例(对照组),测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、血白细胞(WBC)总数及各类白细胞计数,分析白细胞及分类与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性。结果 1妊娠期高血压疾病组TC、TG、LDL-C、WBC、淋巴细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05);2SBP和DBP均与TC、TG、LDL-C、WBC、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞呈正相关(P<0.05);3随着WBC和淋巴细胞水平的升高妊娠期高血压疾病患病率上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病与炎症反应密切相关,特别与白细胞总数及其分类中的淋巴细胞密切相关。因此,白细胞及淋巴细胞计数可作为妊娠期高血压疾病筛检的指标之一。
Objective To investigate the correlation between white blood cell (WBC) and white blood cell classification and blood pressure in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods Forty - three hypertensive patients with gestational hypertension (gestational hypertension group) and 46 normal pregnant women (control group) were collected for the determination of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), total number of white blood cells (WBC) and various types of white blood cell count were analyzed. The correlation between white blood cells and classification and gestational hypertension was analyzed. Results The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, WBC, lymphocyte and basophil in gestational hypertension group were higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05). The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C , WBC, neutrophils and lymphocytes (P <0.05) .3 The prevalence of gestational hypertension increased with the increase of WBC and lymphocytes (P <0.05). Conclusion Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy are closely related to inflammation, especially closely related to the total number of leukocytes and lymphocytes in their classification. Therefore, white blood cell and lymphocyte count can be used as one of the indicators of hypertensive disorders screening during pregnancy.
