Q组织架构调整晨于“重大变化”吗我们是一家全国性质的公司,在很多地区都有分支机构,为了提高工作效率,我们打算对公司的职能机构进行重新调整,届时将会对一些部门进行撤销、合并、重组,部分岗位名称会发生变化,一些部门的负责片区范围也会进行调整。我公司现有一名地区负责人,负责A、B两块区域的销售工作,现重新划分仅负责A区域,岗位名称由原来的区域总监变化为区域销售代表,工作内容、职级与薪资待遇不变。由于双方协商来果,公司打算单方面解除劳动合同,请问我们这种情况属于客观情况发生重大变化吗?
