血红素及其衍生物在食品、医药等领域中有多方面应用,目前制备方法有6种,今后的开发方向是血红素联产其它相应产品及对动物血液的综合开发利用。
Heme and its derivatives have many applications in the fields of food and medicine. At present, there are 6 kinds of preparation methods for heme and its derivatives. The future development directions are the corresponding products of heme co-production and the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of animal blood.
