1983年8月20日至31日,石油工业部在克拉玛依油田召开了西北地区石油勘探会议。国务委员康世恩,新疆维吾尔自治区、国家计委、中国科学院、地质矿产部、部分油田和部分高等院校代表200多人参加了会议。我国著名地学专家孙殿卿、朱夏、关士聪、刘光鼎等同志也应邀出席。 会议对该区油气普查勘探现状、勘探方向和1990年前的勘探工作部署、整顿和加强西部地区勘探力量三个方面的问题,进行了认真的总结、讨论和规划。与会代表开阔视野,解放思想,各抒已见,认真分析讨论了该区的石油地质条件,各亚区的含油气远景及潜在的油气资源。会议认为,该区油气勘探的基本方针和原则应是:坚持区域综合勘探,对已知油气资源丰富的准噶尔的克拉玛依—乌尔禾断裂带、准东五彩湾—吉木萨尔地区,塔里木西南的柯克亚地区,柴达木的尕斯库勒—东柴山地区、红柳泉—北乌斯地区、干柴沟—油泉子地区,酒西盆地,陕甘宁盆地西北缘断裂带等区带,尽可能采用先进技
From August 20 to August 31, 1983, the Ministry of Petroleum Industry held a petroleum exploration conference in the northwest of China in the Karamay Oilfield. State Councilor Kang Shien, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, State Development Planning Commission, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Department of Geology and Mineral Resources, some oil fields and some colleges and universities attended the meeting. Famous experts in Earth Science, Sun Dianqing, Zhu Xia, Guan Shicong, Liu Guangding and other comrades were also invited to attend. The conference conscientiously summarized, discussed and planned the status quo of oil and gas census surveys, exploration directions and the deployment of exploration work before 1990, the rectification and strengthening of exploration forces in the western region. Delegates broadened their horizons and emancipated their minds. They all expressed their views and discussed and analyzed the petroleum geology conditions in the area, the petroleum potential in each subregion, and the potential oil and gas resources.
