一年来,12项重大人才工程的组织和实施,示范和引领了人才队伍建设,将对经济社会发展全局产生重大影响,为科学发展提供有力支撑。2010年5月,《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2020-2020年)》颁布实施。在诸多的重大创新和突出亮点中,12项重大人才工程的设计显得格外抢眼。据悉,这在国家人才发展规划中尚属首次。科学设计奠定基础实施人才工程是做好人才工作的重要抓手,也是被实践证明的成功经验。
