目的观察阿仑膦酸钠对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的预防作用。方法24只3月龄SD♀大鼠随机分为3组:①假手术组(SHAM组);②去卵巢组(OVX组);③阿仑膦酸钠组(ALN组)。通过骨组织形态计量学方法分析大鼠骨代谢变化情况。结果OVX组与SHAM组比,%Tb.Ar、Tb.N显著降低,所有反映骨形成和骨吸收的参数都增加;ALN组与OVX组比,%Tb.Ar、Tb.N增加,所有反映骨形成和骨吸收的参数均降低。结论去卵巢大鼠因骨吸收增加而发生骨丢失,阿仑膦酸钠通过抑制骨吸收而预防去卵巢大鼠骨丢失。
Objective To observe the preventive effect of alendronate on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods Twenty-four 3-month-old SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group (SHAM group); ovariectomized group (OVX group); alendronate sodium group (ALN group). The changes of bone metabolism in rats were analyzed by bone histomorphometry. Results Compared with SHAM group,% Tb.Ar and Tb.N decreased significantly in OVX group, and all the parameters reflecting bone formation and bone resorption increased. Compared with OVX group,% Tb.Ar, Tb.N increased Bone formation and bone resorption parameters were reduced. Conclusion Ovariectomized rats suffered bone loss due to increased bone resorption, and alendronate prevented bone loss in ovariectomized rats by inhibiting bone resorption.
