针对东胜矿区侏罗纪4~#煤层掘进巷道在普通锚网索支护条件下需留顶、底煤以维护巷道稳定性等难题,以双欣煤矿414108工作面辅助运输巷为工程背景,综合运用理论分析、数值模拟及现场实测等方法,研究分析原断面方案下巷道围岩失稳冒落原因,确定了以断面形式计算合理的断面参数来解决掘进巷道冒落问题。结果表明:不同巷道断面的变形情况均表现为极速变化-缓慢变化-趋于平稳的变化过程,直墙半圆拱形巷道较原矩形巷道围岩变形量减小,在冒落区将巷道断面改为拱形断面可提高围岩的长期稳定性。
Aiming at the problems that the coal seam roadway of No. 4 ~ # coal seam in Dongsheng mining area need top-stay and bottom-coal to maintain the stability of roadway under the condition of common anchor net support, taking the auxiliary transport lane of 414108 face in Shuangxin Coal Mine as the engineering background, Based on the comprehensive analysis of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and on-the-spot measurement, the causes of the failure of the surrounding rock of the roadway under the original section scheme are studied and analyzed. The reasonable section parameters are calculated in the section to solve the problem of tunneling. The results show that the deformation of the roadway in different roadways shows the process of rapid change-slow change-steady change. The deformation of the semi-circular arched roadway in the straight wall is smaller than the deformation of the surrounding rock in the original rectangular roadway. For the arched section can improve the long-term stability of the surrounding rock.
