设计是为了更好地服务于人的生活而出现的,产品设计作为设计当中的一大分支,在人们的日常生活中起着至关重要的作用。大到轮船、火车,小到锅碗瓢勺,无一不属于产品设计的范畴。优秀的设计可以改善人们的生活,并给日常生活带来快乐和舒适感,而那些糟糕的、不合理的设计则会给我们增添许多不必要的烦恼。产品作为人类肢体与大脑功能的延伸,使得人们的能力变得愈发强大,也正因如此,人和产品之间的关系也更加密不可分。人们在操作使用产品时,往往会出于本能反应,或带着自己的行为习惯对产品进行操作。此时,人们在进行操作行动时,是出于本能,不假思索,没有主观意愿的,这就是无意识的行为。就好像手被烫了,会自动抽离;心里痛苦,眉头会皱起来;跌倒时会自动用手撑住;感觉累了会不由自主的伸懒腰等,这些动作都是自然而然完成的,是人们的本能反应,在一定程度上也表达了人们的潜在需求。本文首先分析了无意识行为产生的原因,以及影响无意识行为的相关因素,并论述了无意识行为在产品改良设计当中的重要作用,在对这些因素分析的基础之上,文章以用户的认知结构、思维方式、行为需求、一般行为规律、操作的行为特征、日常行为习惯、意识引导下的行为等方面作为重点研究内容,从宏观角度论述了人类的行为习惯、行为规律等均受到人类思维的影响,而人的思维又由潜意识主导,通过对人类无意识行为的分析,找到与产品改良设计的切合点,将用户的无意识行为特点转换为设计元素,运用到产品改良设计当中,引导用户进行无意识的操作行动,从而使得产品更好地服务于人,做到真正的以人为本的好设计。 Design is to better serve people’s lives and emerge, product design as a branch of the design, plays a vital role in people’s daily lives.
