本文对颤撅混砂原理、试验内容及测试方法作了介绍。经初步试验证明:颤振法混砂可以提高混砂质量。颤振法混制的普通粘土砂同一般方法混制的膨润土砂性能相接近。颤振混砂法适用于中、小型铸工车间,为中、小厂仍使用点土而混制出优质湿型砂找到了一条有效的途径。我们与昆明工学院合作,设计并制造了适用于混砂机的压力传感器。使用证明:该传感器可以测量型砂所承受的动压力,使用性能稳定。
This paper introduces the principle, test content and test method of vibrating sand. The preliminary test shows that: flutter method sand mixing can improve the sand quality. The flutter method of mixing ordinary clay sand with the same method of mixing bentonite sand near the performance. Flutter and sand mixing method is suitable for medium and small-sized foundry workshops. It has found an effective way to mix high-quality wet sand with medium-sized and small-sized factories. We worked with Kunming Institute of Technology to design and manufacture pressure sensors for sand mixers. Proof of use: The sensor can measure the dynamic pressure on the sand, the use of stable performance.
