经济体制改革的目标应如何确定,经过改革我们要建立什么样的新体制,这是改革开放以来理论和实践中需要解决的最重要问题。随着我国城乡改革进程的不断推进,经过13年的艰苦探索,今天,人们已较一致地认识到,推进市场取向的改革势在必行,改革的目标:建立社会主义市场经济新体制。但是,如何理解社会主义市场经济,怎样建立社会主义市场经济新体制? 这些问题需要深入探讨。本刊特邀请10位著名经济学家就此撰文,以期给读者以启迪。
How to define the objective of economic reform and what kind of new system we should establish after the reform is the most important issue to be solved in the theory and practice since the reform and opening up. With the continuous advancement of the process of urban-rural reform in our country, after 13 years of arduous exploration, people today have unanimously recognized that the reform that promotes market orientation is imperative. The objective of the reform is to establish a new socialist market economy. However, how to understand the socialist market economy and how to establish a new socialist market economy? These issues need further study. This magazine invited 10 well-known economists to write this article, with a view to inspire readers.
