国际金融形势振荡多变受其影响我国国内经济亦增速变缓,由于我国充足的流动性以及资本管制和相对封闭的金融市场,金融体系受金融危机的直接冲击较小,但是间接影响不可避免,使就业的外部环境趋紧,发展速度明显放缓,部分企业经营出现诸多困难已经波及就业。
