阳离子聚丙烯酰胺是一种性能优良的纸张增干强剂。对丙烯酰胺穴AM雪和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵穴DMDAAC雪二者的水溶液在微波辐射下的共聚反应进行了研究,讨论了微波聚合条件对聚合物分子量及性能的影响。结果表明:当微波辐射功率为528W,引发剂用量为0.35g,单体配比穴AM押DMDAAC雪为9.4∶2穴w/w雪,辐射时间为3min时,此时聚合物的纸张增干强性能最好。
Cationic polyacrylamide is a kind of good performance paper drying agent. The copolymerization of aqueous solution of acrylamide AM and DMDAAC snow under microwave irradiation was studied. The effects of microwave polymerization conditions on the molecular weight and performance of the polymer were discussed. The results show that when the microwave radiation power is 528W, the dosage of initiator is 0.35g, the DMDAAC snow is 9.4: 2 w / w snow and the radiation time is 3min, the polymer paper is dried at this time The best performance.
