目的:对比分析玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩在前牙牙体缺损修复中的效果。方法:将2012年4月-2014年11月本院收治的前牙牙体缺损患者60例纳入研究,根据随机数表法分为两组,观察组(30例,37颗患牙)接受玻璃纤维桩修复;对照组(30例,38颗患牙)接受铸造金属桩核修复,比较两组患者的前牙修复效果。结果:观察组修复成功率(97.30%)明显高于对照组(78.94%),结果比较差异明显(P<0.05);随访一年,观察组患者的边缘适合度、修复体完整度、颜色匹配度均明显高于对照组,结果比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩对比铸造金属桩修复前牙牙体缺损,能够取得较好的修复效果,提高患牙的美学效果、生物相容性。
Objective: To compare the effect of glass fiber post and cast metal post in anterior tooth defect repair. Methods: From April 2012 to November 2014, 60 patients with anterior teeth defect in our hospital were enrolled. Two groups were divided into two groups according to the random number table. The observation group (30 cases, 37 teeth) received glass fiber Pile repair; control group (30 cases, 38 teeth) were cast metal post-core repair, the two groups of patients to compare the effect of anterior teeth repair. Results: The success rate of repair in the observation group (97.30%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.94%), the difference was significant (P <0.05). At the one year follow-up, the marginal fitness, prosthesis integrity and color matching Degrees were significantly higher than the control group, the results were significantly different (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Compared with cast-in-place metal post used for repairing anterior tooth defects, the glass fiber post can achieve a better repair effect and improve the aesthetic effect and biocompatibility of the affected tooth.
