为提高某磁选铁精矿的品位,引入旋流-静态微泡浮选柱进行精选工艺试验研究。通过在实验室浮选柱系统上的条件试验,优化确定了如下工艺和操作参数:817号阳离子捕收剂用量为120 g/t,处理量为0.9 L/min(干矿250~300 g/min),充气量为0.12 m3/(min·m2),泡沫层厚度为400 mm;以浮选柱1次粗选替代原浮选机1次粗选、2次精选、3次扫选精选流程,工艺流程得到简化,精矿TFe品位提高0.67%,精矿作业回收率提高29.81%。
In order to improve the grade of a magnetic separation iron concentrate, a swirl-static microbubble flotation column was introduced to conduct the experimental study on the selection process.
