芹菜细菌性叶斑病从发病叶上分离得到15个细菌菌株,经致病性测定均能产生典型症状,各菌株致病力无明显差异。经革兰氏染色、菌体形态、培养性状、生理生化反应及血清学反应鉴定,15个供试菌株均为杆状,具极生数根鞭毛,产生莹光色素,具氧化酶及硝酸还原作用,精氨酸双水解酶阴性,不产生果聚糖,能引起烟草过敏性反应,不会造成马铃薯软腐。由接种试验及生理生化测定,确定芹菜细菌性叶斑病是由菊苣假单胞杆菌Pseudomonascichori(Swingle)Stapp1928。该病菌国内未详细研究报道。

By inoculation test and physiological and biochemical determination, it was determined that celery bacterial leaf spot disease was caused by Pseudomonas chichomophilus Stapp1928. The bacteria are not reported in detail in the country.
