“9.11”恐怖事件震惊了全世界,纽约世贸中心等两座摩天大楼转瞬间化为废墟,造成了巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失,并给美国乃至全世界的经济带来长远的负面影响。在21世纪之初,这一事件给我们提出了许多值得深思的问题,其中之一就是如何防范恐怖主义的攻击。从技术角度来看,恐怖袭击大体可分为:生物、化学、物理三类。“9.11”事件的破坏过程,应属于物理和化学两类作用的迭加效应。大城市是人口集中的经济中心,高大建筑物密集,交通繁忙,道路拥挤,是恐怖主义者攻击的最佳目标,也是难于防范的薄弱地区。为此,我们必须根据城市的特点制订必要的对策和防范措施。
The September 11 terrorist terror shocked the world and two skyscrapers such as the New York World Trade Center turned into ruins instantly, causing huge casualties and property losses, with a long-term negative impact on the economy of the United States and the rest of the world . At the beginning of the 21st century, this incident raised many questions worth pondering. One of them is how to guard against the terrorist attacks. From a technical point of view, terrorist attacks can be roughly divided into: biological, chemical, physical three categories. “9.11 ” event destruction process, should belong to two kinds of physical and chemical effects of the superposition. Big cities are economic centers with concentrated populations. High and dense buildings, heavy traffic and crowded roads are the best targets for terrorist attacks and are also areas that are difficult to prevent. To this end, we must formulate the necessary countermeasures and preventive measures according to the characteristics of cities.
