调查研究是各级领导进行科学决策的前提。但在实际工作中,不同的调研成果对决策所起的作用是不同的。要使调研成果对决策起到最大的作用,关键在于调研成果要符合本地工作实际,贴紧领导决策需求。近年来,桐柏县委办公室在决策调研中注重针对性和实用性,紧紧抓住“四点”,提高了对各级领导决策的辅助水平。
Investigation and research are the preconditions for leaders at all levels to make scientific decisions. However, in actual work, different research findings have different effects on decision-making. To make the research results play the greatest role in decision-making, the key lies in the research results to be consistent with the actual work of the local, close to the leadership decision-making needs. In recent years, the office of Tongbai County Party Committee has paid attention to the pertinence and practicability in the decision-making research, and has firmly grasped the “four o’clock” and raised the level of assistance to the leadership decision-making at all levels.
