为了准确分析石油化工企业电网的失稳诱发因素,保障电网的安全可靠运行,结合石油化工电网自身的特点,搭建考虑到外部电网影响因素的企业电网数学模型,建立石油化工企业电力系统可靠性的评估方法及流程,在PSD-BPA软件的基础上开发了适合石油化工企业电网的仿真分析工具。研究结果表明:建模方法科学合理,提出的电网安全可靠性评估方法及仿真分析工具充分考虑到石化企业电力系统自身的特殊性及复杂性,拥有较丰富的电力系统仿真分析功能,能使相关技术人员较全面地分析电网的薄弱环节,制定出防止电网崩溃的有效措施,有效提高了企业电网运行的可靠性。
