1.前言目前,在建筑工程施工方法的现代化方面,基础工程的灌浆处理就其特点及合理化方面都是落后的。一方面灌浆作业由于受地质条件及地下水位的制约,要求熟练地控制浆液的灌注;另一方面其施工场地大多是分布在范围很广的廊道中,工作环境差,场地条件严苛。尤其是堆石坝工程,既要对基础岩层加以强化,还必须为提高其防渗性而进行精度高、工程量大的灌浆处理。为此,不仅需要改进灌浆方法,而且对灌浆液的制作、输送、灌注的控制和信息处理等各项作业,都要提高其精确度和速度。实现灌浆工程的全盘现代化已成当务之急。现研制了一个在灌浆施工过程中从接受灌浆材料到灌注
