This paper first introduces the principle and algorithm of frequency-resolved optical gate (FROG) technology. For frequency multiplication (SHG-FROG), we programmed to use computer quick regression. In this paper, the regression results obtained by the program and the improvement of the traditional algorithm are given. It has been proved that this algorithm is accurate and convenient in analyzing various kinds of ultrashort pulses
